Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.
What are your processing and delivery times?
Your order is currently being handcrafted with love, Items will be processed within 7 to 14 working days. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location. Express shipping is an option. Detailed shipping times will be provided once items are shipped.
Please note, we take the utmost care to ensure your purchase reaches you safely, as such 6 Souls accepts NO responsibility for items lost within Australia Post. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed packages within Australia Post. Once the package has left 6 Souls HQ we cannot be held liable for any undelivered or missing packages.
6 Souls are not responsible or liable for any duties or customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.
Our prices within the online store do not include any overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.

Do you offer a refund or exchange?
At this stage, we do not offer a refund option, So please choose wisely when shopping!
In the rare case, you receive a faulty product we do offer an exchange for the same value as your product. You will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your product if this does happen. Items will need to be returned in original condition-unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.
We do not supply exchange for change of mind.
